Following the discussion on the relocation of the watch page buttons, I would like to propose a revamp of the Notifications pop up itself. 

Context

Currently, we have some problems in this area that I would like to address here:

• Outdated visual design
• Visual hierarchy that's difficult to follow (the big icon gets all the attention);
• Iconography with recognizability problems;
• Passive voice (not exactly a problem per se, but I would like to make a different proposal as well)

Change from passive voice to active voice

This change is almost a proposal in itself, so it is listed here as an option. In my opinion, it would be nice for a collaborative application to have also a voice that encourages collaboration.
