| 5 | Anna is a product manager at CuteFroggiesInc, a company dedicated to designing, creating and selling stuffed frogs. Her task is to gather requirements from the companies' customers, to summarize them and to turn them into new product ideas. | ||

| 7 | To do so, she's using a wiki setup by her IT department. She's using it on a regular basis, at least 3 to 4 times a week. When she arrives on the wiki, she may want to: | ||

| 12 | When editing a page, Anna's trying to make it easy for others to understand. She uses big titles to separate the various parts of her content and often uses bold and bulleted lists to organize stuff around. When she found out that she could create links to other pages, she started doing so from time to time to create references between the various pages she's working on. | ||
