Description

Anna is a product manager at CuteFroggiesInc, a company dedicated to designing, creating and selling stuffed frogs. Her task is to gather requirements from the companies' customers, to summarize them and to turn them into new product ideas.

To do so, she's using a wiki setup by her IT department. She's using it on a regular basis, at least 3 to 4 times a week. When she arrives on the wiki, she may want to:

• Modify a page she has already created to edit its contents or add new information to the page
• Create a new page and add content to it.

When editing a page, Anna's trying to make it easy for others to understand. She uses big titles to separate the various parts of her content and often uses bold and bulleted lists to organize stuff around. When she found out that she could create links to other pages, she started doing so from time to time to create references between the various pages she's working on.

Up until now, Anna wrote her product descriptions using Microsoft Word, and she has a lot of documents to transition to wiki pages. It's not quite clear to her so far how she's gonna be able to do so with minimum effort.
