Description
The purpose of this proposal is to have a Technical Documentation Skin, based on Flamingo Skin.
You can read another investigation about what a Documentation Flavor should contain in terms of features, but the conclusion is that a Technical Documentation Skin should be focused on finding, reading, creating, versioning content.
