Description
Improve the Download page in order to make it easier to be followed by beginner users.

UC: Split current Download page into multiple pages: first select the version, after select the file type. Also provide a different page for "more versions" (older + snapshots)
UC: Better differentiate the "Long Term Support", "Stable" and "Development" versions
UC: Better differentiate the "Local Installation", "Server Installation", "Debian Installation" options
- Clicking on an option will start the download + redirect to the feedback page (example)

UC: Remove comments section for the page (#docextra), since comments get easily deprecated
